Essence Young Women's Leadership Conference.

The Young Women's Leadership Conference was created to help young, black women begin their careers as they're preparing to leave college. The event will take place on Saturday, November 1st at AmericasMart Atlanta in Georgia, and also on the next Saturday, November 8th at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C..

You may wonder why this is being posted on here. Well if you look at the flyer, Janelle Monáe will be performing at the Atlanta convention and Suai will be performing at the D.C. convention. It's good to see them being apart of something so important.

She sings about "Violet Stars" and "Many Moons," and her style is not like anyone else's. She's dropping albums in "Suites" with about 5 songs on each.
