The name Exile should ring a bell with some of you underground hip-hop fans. Does Blu & Exile's Below The Heavens ring a bell? The producer has been making major moves since the release of that album in '07 and even before. Now he drops an instrumental album entitled Radio. This album does not include any rhymes from Blu nor any singing from Muhsinah. It's simply an album full of incredible, electronic, and jazzy beats.
